Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

Return conditions

• Products must be unopened, unused and in original packaging.

• For hygiene reasons, opened products are not eligible for return unless the item is defective or shipped incorrectly.

How to start a return

Refunds

If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Refund timing may vary by payment provider.

Damaged / wrong item

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact omarbusinessuk@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product.
